Despite the Wild Justice team of Chris Packham, Mark Avery and Ruth Tingay trying to dismiss the economic impact brought by driven grouse shooting the reality is - as demonstrated by the recent University of Northampton research paper - that no alternative comes close to matching the financial and social impact it has on rural communities.


As David Doogan, Scottish National Party MP for Angus, recently said in Parliament, it provides "the living viability of very fragile, very rural communities and economies.”


In the latest trailer for the University of Northampton's research report, 'Is Grouse Shooting Sustainable?' they look at the economic impact of grouse shooting.
